Divina takes 10% of completed orders. There are no listing fees, no subscription, and no setup cost for practitioners — so the price you see is the practitioner's own price, not one inflated to cover platform overhead. A service fee applies at checkout; the help center states it exactly, and the refund policy is there too.
You describe your intention in your own words, pay when you place the request, and a private chat opens with the practitioner. They perform the work inside the delivery window stated on the listing and share proof when it is done.
