What counts as same-day here
Only listings whose stated delivery window is one day or less appear on this page, and the same rule puts the Same-day mark on a listing anywhere on Divina. The window is the reader's commitment, not an estimate: the clock starts when you place the request, and an order that runs past it can be flagged from the order screen.
Same-day is not same-minute. A reader shuffles, lays the spread and writes it up, which takes a few hours of a working day, not sixty seconds. If you need a voice on a line right now, a per-minute service does that and this does not.
How to get your reading back today
- Pick a short format. A one-question pull or a three-card spread fits inside a day; a twelve-month overview does not, whatever the listing says.
- Order early in the reader's day. Readers on Divina work across time zones, and their shop page says where they are.
- Write the question properly the first time — the situation, what you want to know, and anything you already suspect. A reader who has to come back for clarification loses hours of the window.
- If the timing is tight, message the reader before you pay. Every shop has a chat, open before you commit.
What arrives
A written reading, usually with a photograph of the spread, or a recorded one — the listing says which. It stays in your order, so you can come back to it, and the private thread with the reader stays open for a follow-up question at no extra cost.
You describe your intention in your own words, pay when you place the request, and a private chat opens with the practitioner. They perform the work inside the delivery window stated on the listing and share proof when it is done.
No practitioner on Divina may guarantee an outcome, and none of this is a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental health care.

Payment is held until the reader delivers proof, and an order past its stated window can be flagged from the order screen. The help center covers what happens next, including refunds.
