The refund policy
Because no outcome is guaranteed and Workings are for personal and entertainment purposes, being unhappy with a result is not grounds for a refund. A practitioner who performs the agreed Working in good faith has earned the fee, whatever happens afterward.
When a refund may apply
- Non-delivery—the practitioner didn't perform or deliver within their window and didn't cure after notice.
- A prohibited request was removed before it was performed.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or fear-based upsell coercion.
- A duplicate or erroneous charge.
- A refund is required by law.
Disputing a delivered Working with a chargeback because you're unhappy with an unguaranteed result breaches our Terms. Please talk to us first—we're glad to review any order.
