How you pay

You pay on-platform through Divina's payment processor, Stripe. You can use a card or Apple Pay, and the practitioner's price is shown before you confirm.

Keeping payment on Divina is what makes proof, delivery windows, and the refund policy work. If a practitioner asks you to pay through another app or by transfer, don't—flag the order.

Divina never asks for your full card number by message or email. You only ever enter payment details in secure checkout.
