Common questions
How does Divina work for practitioners?
Your own storefront, where you list services at prices you choose. Customers browse, request, and pay through the app. Requests land in your order queue, you chat with clients in-app, and your payout is sent automatically once you complete the order.
What does it cost?
No monthly subscription, no listing fees. Divina takes a 10% commission on completed orders—that’s it.
We also run a content creator program that awards select practitioners a discount on their fee—contact us for more info.
Who sets prices?
You do, always.
How do payments work?
Customers pay when they place a request, and your payout is sent automatically once you complete the order.
Is there any exclusivity?
None. Keep working through your website, Etsy, Shopify, Instagram, anywhere else. We want to be your best channel, not your only one.
What countries is Divina available in?
Practitioners in more than 100 countries, paid out in their local currency. The exceptions are Japan, Mexico and Thailand, where our payment processor doesn't allow spiritual services, and the Gulf states, where local law doesn't.
How do customers find me?
That's our job—social content and community, launch press, search, and marketing that features founding practitioners directly.
How do I talk to clients?
Through in-app chat—that's what lets us guarantee payment on every order and protect you from chargebacks. Your client relationships are always yours.
What does the beta involve?
No minimums, no obligations. Set up your storefront, take early orders, and tell us what's working. Founding practitioners shape the platform.
