How a remote cleansing works
The practitioner works from their own space, on your behalf, using whatever their tradition calls for — smoke, water, sound, prayer, petition. What they need from you is orientation: the address or a description of the space, photographs if the listing asks for them, who lives there, and what has actually been happening that made you look for this.
That last part carries the most weight. "Clear my apartment" and "clear my apartment, the previous tenant died here and I have not slept properly since I moved in" produce different work.
