There is no video call required, and you don’t need to be online. You can sit, lie down, meditate, or simply rest — falling asleep is perfectly fine. Using traditional Pranic Healing techniques, I’ll work with the energy field, focusing on cleansing, balancing, and energizing. After Your Session Once your session is complete, I’ll send you a message with any intuitive observations, energetic reflections, and general wellness suggestions that may have come through.
