I work with a mix of beautiful alchemy bowls and crystal quartz bowls, each bringing its own unique tone and vibration to the session, alongside tuning forks to create a deeply soothing and immersive sound experience. This is a gentle, dreamy experience designed to create a peaceful space where you can slow down, breathe and simply receive. The sounds and vibrations flow softly around you, inviting you into a feeling of stillness, calm and connection. When you place your order, simply send me your intention in the private Divina order chat. This can be a few words or a little more detail about what you’d like the session to focus on — perhaps releasing emotional heaviness, clearing stagnant energy, feeling more grounded, calming a busy mind, or simply creating space to reconnect with yourself. There’s no right or wrong way to word it; just tell me what feels meaningful to you. I’ll intuitively create your 30-minute personalised sound healing recording around the intention you share. Your recording will include a gentle opening to help you settle, followed by an intuitive sound journey using my alchemy bowls, crystal quartz bowls and tuning forks, with space for the sounds and vibrations to flow and be received. I’ll bring the session to a soft close, leaving you with a little time to rest and simply be. There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Just get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and allow yourself to drift into the sounds.
