Your reviews

Every review on Divina comes from a verified order. You can read yours in two places, in the app and on the web: the Reviews section of your Shop tab, and on each finished order.

Where to find them

• Shop tab: your overall rating and review count, your three newest reviews, and See all for the rest.
• Each finished order: the seeker's review of that order appears under the order details once it's public.

What you see is what seekers see

Your Shop tab shows the same reviews, rating and count as your public storefront. Reviews of 3 stars and up go public right away. Reviews of 1 or 2 stars go public 72 hours later, which gives you time to message the seeker first. We email you as soon as any review comes in, with a link to the conversation.

Reviews you brought over from another platform show as Transferred review, with the month they were left. If we brought over your total from another platform rather than each review, that total counts toward your rating and count, but there's nothing to list one by one.

If a review breaks the rules

Seekers may review a finished order honestly, including when they're unhappy. If a review is false, abusive, or about something other than your work, report it: in the app, tap the three dots on the review, or email support@divinaapp.com with the order details.

Never post or ask for false or incentivized reviews. It violates our Terms.
