Stripe payouts & verification
Practitioners are paid through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts, you complete Stripe's identity verification (KYC)—this is a legal requirement for handling payments and helps keep the marketplace safe.
You'll be asked for standard details like your legal name, address, date of birth, and a payout bank account. Stripe verifies this directly; Divina doesn't store your banking credentials.
You can't receive payouts until verification is complete, so set it up early—don't let a finished Working sit waiting on KYC.
