Selling a digital download
Last updated
There are two ways a file can reach a buyer on Divina, and they are different offerings. A Digital download is one ready-made file (a PDF, an audio file, a video or an image) that every buyer gets the moment they pay. There is nothing to do per order. Anything made for one person, like a recorded reading or a custom PDF, stays its own type, and you deliver it in the order chat.
- Choose Digital download as the type, then add your file. One file per offering, up to 50 MB.
- The same file goes to every buyer, so don't include anything personal.
- The delivery window reads Instant. Buyers open the file on their order page and get the link by email.
- You're paid 72 hours after the sale, or sooner when the buyer leaves a rating of 3 stars or more.
- Replacing the file sends the new version to everyone who has bought it.
Every file is checked when you upload it. Audio, video and scanned PDFs are reviewed by our team after they go up.
