The Mended Bowl

What has been held with care can carry beauty again. Mended pottery carries history without becoming only its break, and tender places deserve patient use.

A bowl mended with bright seams is still a bowl. It holds soup. It sits on the table with the others, and the lines where it broke have become part of how it looks.
