Chatting with your practitioner

Once you commission a Working, your order opens a private chat with the practitioner. Use it to add detail about your intention, answer any questions they have, and receive updates and your proof.

Keep all communication in the order chat. It keeps a clear record of what was agreed, which helps if a question ever comes up about your order.

Be kind and specific. The more a practitioner understands what you're navigating, the better they can tailor the Working—but remember no result can be guaranteed.
