You're paying for a practitioner's time, skill, effort, and deliverable—not a guaranteed result. A practitioner who performs the agreed Working in good faith has done what you commissioned, regardless of what happens afterward.

Because of this, being unhappy with a result is not grounds for a refund. If a practitioner ever promises a guaranteed outcome, that violates our rules—please flag it.
