I hold my practice as a space for coming home to yourself - to your body, your intuition, and the quieter wisdom that can be difficult to hear beneath the noise of everyday life. My work weaves together tarot, somatic practice, hypnotherapy, ritual and nature connection, with a deep reverence for the symbolic and unseen. I believe we carry more wisdom than we can always consciously access. Sometimes it speaks through the body, through dreams and symbols, through the cards, or through the quiet knowing that arrives when we become still enough to hear it. I see tarot as a living mirror, a way of entering into conversation with the unconscious, noticing the archetypes and patterns moving through our lives, and bringing what we know somewhere within ourselves into clearer focus. My approach is intuitive, gentle and spacious, drawing on depth psychology and other psycho-spiritual approaches. I don't believe the cards dictate a fixed future; instead, they offer another way of seeing - revealing possibilities, tensions and invitations that may be waiting beneath the surface. Through somatic practice and hypnotherapy, I also explore the relationship between body, psyche, imagination and intuition. Sometimes knowing arrives not as a thought, but as a sensation, image, feeling or subtle pull. I make space for these quieter forms of knowing. Nature, too, is a teacher and mirror in my practice. I'm drawn to the rhythms of the seasons and the ways our own lives move through cycles of growth, shedding, rest and renewal - remembering that we are not separate from these rhythms. You can expect our work together to be compassionate, curious and grounded, with room for a little magic. Whether you're standing at a crossroads, moving through a transition, or simply wanting to listen more closely to yourself, we'll create space to explore what wants to emerge. Bring your questions, your uncertainty, your curiosity - you don't need to have all the answers before you arrive.
