this is a real estate blessing ritual, performed in white magic, designed to bring divine favor to your housing situation and clear the path for your offer to be accepted. it is for anyone who has found a home they love and is waiting on the stressful process of offers, counteroffers, and approvals. this work does not manipulate anyone or force a seller's hand. instead, it clears the energetic obstacles in the transaction, smooths out the communication, aligns the timing, and draws favor and fairness to your offer so it stands out as the best choice. i use a green candle for growth, stability, and prosperity, a gold candle for success and favorable outcomes, and a white candle for clarity, truth, and a clean transaction. the property address (or description) and your name are written on parchment paper and placed beneath the candles. as they burn, i focus on removing any blockages in the process, bringing your offer to the top, and creating a smooth, peaceful path to acceptance. i work with green aventurine, citrine, and clear quartz, sealing the work with bay leaves and cinnamon. what you will receive a full written confirmation of the work done and what to expect. delivery window is 1 day. what to expect a smoother communication process, a sense of peace while you wait, and positive movement toward acceptance over the coming days and weeks. what i need from you your full name and date of birth the address or description of the house a brief description of where you are in the process
