This 60-minute introductory Reiki session is an invitation to step away from the noise of the outer world and enter a space of stillness, remembrance, and energetic restoration. Through Reiki, intuitive guidance, and a ceremonial approach to healing, I create a gentle container for you to soften your body, quiet the mind, release energetic heaviness, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within you. Simply arrive as you are. Together, we create space for you to receive, restore, and return to calm, coming home to your body, your energy, and yourself. A moment to receive.
