About me
My practice brings together certified herbalism and Seraphim Blueprint energy work with tarot, intuitive practice, breathwork, cacao ceremony, and embodied spiritual exploration. My path has not been about spirituality as an aesthetic or a set of ideas. It has been a deep, lived exploration of both the light and the shadow—the places of grief, fear, loss, transformation, identity, death and rebirth, as well as love, beauty, joy, connection, and creation. I have spent years consciously meeting the parts of myself and life that are difficult to face, integrating what I found, and learning to discern what is true for me. I draw from multiple spiritual traditions and modalities rather than claiming a single formal lineage. My work is grounded in lived experience, study, intuition, discernment, sovereignty, and the understanding that meaningful transformation requires room for the whole human experience—not only the comfortable or beautiful parts.
