60-Minute Distance Reiki & Chakra Balancing Receive a personalized distance Reiki session focused on relaxation, chakra balancing, and spiritual well-being. Your session is performed the same day, with an optional focus on aura cleansing and energetic balance. You'll receive a one-hour guided Reiki and chakra meditation MP3 to listen to during your session or revisit anytime. You can choose to listen for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. To personalize your session: Please provide your name, age, and healing intention. You may share a specific intention or simply come as you are. During your session, I work within the Usui Reiki tradition, incorporating intuitive energy work and chakra-focused practices. Everyone's experience is unique; you may feel relaxed, notice sensations, or experience no noticeable sensations at all. After your session, you'll receive a personal message with my session reflections and a crystal healing guide. Session instructions are also provided. I'm Shayna, a Usui Reiki Master with additional training in crystal, sound, and chakra healing. My intention is to offer a calm, compassionate space that supports your personal and spiritual journey.
